The team uses a diagnostics approach to ensure the well-being and overall health of the customers it supports. Post intervention evaluations are conducted so as to assess the ongoing improvements and if necessary immediate remedial and preventative action is applied.

Sisters’ Ink actively engages in building its own capacity so that it is able to examine thoroughly the operations of its customers and intervene where necessary for the achievement of business goals.

Opal Levy

Co-Founder & Team Lead

Opal is the co-founder of Sisters’ Ink and has over 20 years experience in the financial and coaching industry.

Holding a MBA in International Business and BSc in Banking and Finance Opal has consulted with enterprises and start-ups to provide CEO/Board-level coaching, cultural transformation, strategic business coaching, etc.

She is born to lead, mentor and transform lives.

Opal loves to read, inspire others and spend time with her children.

Roma Rajwani

Project Coordinator

Roma is a problem solver who is proficient in  project conceptualization, execution, and management.

Having earned her BSc. in Actuarial Sciences at the University of the West Indies, Roma is growth- oriented, analytical and a critical thinker.

In her free time, she practices Yoga and enjoys research.

Operations Support Officer

Roxanne’s experience in customer service makes her an expert in building relationships and adding value to clients.

She is a graduate of the University of Technology where she received a BSc. in  Information Technology. Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys baking, spending quality time with family and road trips.

Shayna Small

Business Support Specialist

Shayna provides quality service to our clients. Her experience as a diligent servant leader has allowed her to excel both as a team player and an independent contributor.

Shayna holds a BSc in Economics and Mathematics and is pursuing a MSc in Corporate Finance.

While she treasures her alone time, Shayna also enjoys going on adventures, and spending time with loved ones.
